Inspirational, a true gem.
Wow ! What a wealth of knowledge this podcasts brings. Arundhati’s interviews, knowledge of the practice, and chosen topics are an invaluable resource to yoga students and teachers alike. I’m almost done with all the episodes and I’m hooked. I even signed up for the Accessible Yoga online yoga training because that episode inspired me so much. I’ve also supported and purchased a bunch of the books she and her guests recommended. As a woman of color yoga teacher and someone who loves audio learning, I love how raw and honest the conversations are and hearing from a woman of color is so inspiring to know that we have a voice in this space. Especially from a South Asian woman who has built her business from the ground up! You go Arundhati! I would also like to point out how educational this is not only in terms of the practice of yoga but also on how to integrate, respect, and not appropriate the practice. Thank you so much for making this podcast ! Please give this podcast a listen if you haven’t and share with all your friends who practice and teach yoga. I shared with all my fellow yoga teacher trainees and they all love it too! ✨🧘🏽‍♀️💕

I don’t know what I did before this podcast, but I’m so grateful I found it and am able to learn from it. My practice has deepened so much just from learning about the roots of yoga, and I’m a better teacher because of it as well. I have used this podcast to supplement the YTT I am a lead teacher...Read full review »
