Not just teachers-
I taught yoga in the early ‘70s after having been “guided” to a book titled “Yoga, youth and reincarnation”, and through it to Swami Vishnudevanandas “Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga”. I felt like I had come home- and wanted to share it. So I taught anywhere I could. At 75, I no longer teach but very much enjoy this podcast as Arundhati works to keep yoga grounded in its historical and spiritual traditions. 500 hours does not make a yoga teacher- what you choose to learn and share does.

I love how the questions I’ve asked myself while practicing yoga seems to be the topics that are covered in this podcast! One of my staples so far for deepening my yoga journey.
