One of my favourite podcasts!
This is one of my favourite podcasts! Arundhati is a wonderful interviewer and is sharing such a wealth of information and perspective herself. You’ll learn about cultural appropriation in yoga, yoga nidra, making yoga accessible, history of yoga, and so much more. The 8 limbs are discussed, not asana in isolation. Every episode is educational and entertaining at the same time, the perfect blend in my opinion. It’s a good fit for new yoga students, experienced teachers, and everyone in between.
