Love this informative podcast!
I am a fitness instructor with 23+ years experience, currently 2 weeks away from finishing my YTT 200 certification. I have waited to write a review for this podcast until I listened to a lot of episodes.I have now listened to ALL the episodes. The guests on the podcast are top notch. Topics covered vary from anatomy to history to where to place your hands and feet in a Down Dog. For anyone interested in learning more about yoga and ESPECIALLY for people teaching yoga this podcast is well worth your time to listen too. It has also helped me discover several other podcasts that will help me in my personal yoga journey and in my journey to be the best instructor I can be. Well....Fingers crossed I pass my YTT 200 exams in 2 weeks. :)
