Life After God is an inspiring podcast. Whether you're recently in a no man's land of (un)belief, or you've been out of religion for a while, this show has a lot to offer. The theologians and thinkers that Ryan brings on to discuss their work have broadened my religious perspective and given me lots to think about. Not to mention a To Read list a mile long! Life After God is a supportive, respectful environment no matter your religious background or affiliation. I love that you won't hear Ryan hate on religion. Respect for all is something I'm trying hard to do as a recent deconvert myself. Ryan is a great model for a soft but strong voice, advocating for all of us trying to make our way in a big world. I highly recommend this podcast. I wish all my friends listened to it so then we could talk about the insights we gain from it.Read full review »

The conversations are about what I have experienced in my own life, and I feel connect to people like me. Ryan has been a pastor and he understands how an apostatized feels; and his guests are bright...Read full review »
