169. "Intermittent fasting helped me drop sugar": Tracey
Listen now
Description
Tracey recently celebrated her two-year anniversary for intermittent fasting. But sugar was always a problem during her eating window. Tracey believed she really had a sugar addiction because when she would eat sugar, like cake and ice cream, she would eat the desserts and then always want to go back for more. In fact, she would eat as much sweet stuff as she could, and the next day she would feel awful. For Tracey, it wasn't an easy journey. Even though she loved intermittent fasting, certain types of foods tripped her up. Butter pecan ice cream was her "kryptonite", as she calls it. She'd managed one week without sugar or ice cream, then two. But then she'd always go back to it. But since since May 1st 2022, Tracey says that she truly broke her sugar addiction. How did she achieve that? Listen to find out!   Want to transform your relationship with sugar and start living your craving-free life with confidence TODAY?
