Pretentious and not funny. I listen to a lot of podcasts on literature, but this one is unlistenable. I gave it a shot - about ten episodes, but I don't see the appeal. I randomly picked an episode today to give the podcast another shot to hear Tod say when Ryan Seacrest interviewed the Olympic athletes, he wanted to take a sh** on his television. Later they were talking about David Benioff, the Creator of the Game of Thrones HBO show and how although that was great, he also produced Troy and Wolverine which were not good movies. This coming from someone who starred in Cabin Fever and Penthouse. Ever heard of those gems. I can listen to inane banter if there is eventually going to be a book recommendation that interests me, but out of 10 episodes, I have not taken their recommendation for any books. Just not for me.Read full review »
