“This was a great listen. I'll make my way through the rest of them. a long time ago i was hit with pretty significant trauma too, and it has taken a very long time to come to terms with it, my sister committing suicide.
Hitting 40 this year and being indirectly impacted again with suicide it has prompted me to challenge my self and try and make a difference through fundraising. Ive not got the drive or skill to turn my love of cycling into a career, but I'm determined to challenge myself physically and mentally this year.
