That pronunciation
Very much agree with the other reviewer about the disregard for the victims' origin and culture. It was very grating to hear the narrator mispronounce Lisanne's name over and over while at the same time taking such care with the Panamanian names. On the plus side, I did like the framing against the overall culture of misogyny in Latin America, and the details gleaned from there locals. I'll have to see if I can stomach the mispronunciations for the remaining episodes, because the case is fascinating.Read full review »

The story is so great and I want to get into it more, but there are so many adds and they really interrupt the flow. I understand the need for them, but there has to be a better way to put them in.
