Authentic Leadership without a concept of authenticity!
Authentic Leadership without a concept of authenticity. Dr Rebecca Newton lecture was typical of the cliched business school lectures and speak. Sure it has some value, but it fails to define the very word she uses time and time again. This is not Rebecca’s fault but of the fools that believe some consultancy will fix a multitude and lifetime of fault. My concern is that young minds are being hoodwinked into believing that “being your best”, “truth” and “authentic” will transform them into leaders.

Excellent series! iPod only captures 1st 3 words so could you include speaker last name, then a colon with the subject when you title?

Former LSE student - these discussions have increasingly lacked analysis: “we now see this and that”. Especially for the non-economic lectures the discussants revert to speaking from authority but tell us nothing new or particularly interesting.
