I’ve been really enjoying these podcasts, which I discovered about 2 weeks ago. My favourite so far is the one that tells you how the menu structure works in Italy. It was so useful to me. I can’t get enough of this podcast. The food descriptions are mouth-watering, and the history that goes along very enlightening. It’s lovely to have the Italian language sprinkled in. And there’s humour, too. Keep them coming please, Luca!

Full of gems about the stories behind food. We think of Italian food as being steeped in tradition, but Luca shows us that some of those traditions aren’t always as old as we imagine. I was gripped by the history of baccalà’s arrival in Italy - amazing!

A great series. As entertaining as they are informative, these podcasts really take you in to the heart of Italy’s love for food. The baccalà episode for example is full of adventure, revelation and deliciousness
