The dialgoue is often unconvincing; it is very hard to believe that people leave the voice messages that they do rather than calling someone else who will actually pick up the phone. In the first two episodes, the "narrator" speaks in a banal, forgetable way, giving one the overall impression of a colorless character. Because of the limited vocabulary and characterless idiom of the narrator, the details that are supposed to be creepy do not quite deliver their intended effect. Still, the production is good.
