Very informative & honest
If you're a coach or athlete, you will enjoy this podcast. They have a very humble & honest discussion on each podcast. With each listen, you'll revisit how you train or how you train your athletes. These guys are such a fun listen because even though they take what they do very seriously, they aren't above discussing what did/didn't work along the way. I would advise getting the science of running book as well if you want to dig deeper on the topics. A great resource!Read full review »
