Progress vs. Perfection
Wow wow you just always help me see the brighter side of my days when I feel like I got nothing done or I blew my plan up. I am working on the all or nothing daily but you help me to see the brighter side of what I did do. Love this episode because it helps me to see I don’t have to perfect and I won’t ever be but I can be better than yesterday etc. Love it. Thanks Megan cox

My favorite note: the scale is for fish! Measurements are your friend. The battery in my scale died and I never replaced it. It’s changed my mindset of working out and eating well. Now I eat and workout to feel good, not to meet a goal on the scale.
