I was wondering if you could help with a episode talking about hunger do to exercise, it’s that hunger that comes after, not after your workout but in the day, that sneaky hunger, or the next or the hunger that catches up during the weekend after a week a hard workout and life. Working out makes you hungry, how do you balance this? I like to run bike and lift weights, but I’m always hungry so my body doesn’t change help!”
