“I love how honest this podcast is and how much the men (and sometimes women) interviewed open up to talk about their physical hang ups, their mental health challenges, their success and ongoing journeys with their bodies. I don’t recognise all the guests because I didn’t grow up in Britain but it doesn’t matter because they talk so frankly about their life that you can always connect with them as people beyond the fact they’re also well known people in the UK. Danny’s kind and humorous approach and his mastery of hosting makes this very pleasant and Phil seems to be a great listener – always with some brilliant follow up questions based on what the guests are sharing! A too show.”
