Well Done
The hosts have a nice chemistry together, and a gentle, supportive approach to the sport. I have been running for five years, and I'm pretty sure the mix of ideas will be helpful to new and experienced runners. Also, the two hosts are of varying ability, which shows that running has no one single goal. New runners may just want to complete a race; veteran runners could hope to better a personal record.Read full review »

This is awesome broadcast. I thought it was above my level before I listend. I am a very novice runner. I was wrong. Every broadcast they address things I need to know. I love that they are a husband and wife team. It is a very down to earth program that makes me feel like we are neighbors.

As I am running, I think about Angie and Trevor. Last year, I trained until I could run 22 miles, then an injury messed up my first marathon. I am trying again this year at age 50. Angie and Trevor are talking me through my journey.
