best running podcast I've listened to
I wish I had known about this podcast when I first started running. I think it may have helped me avoid some of the pit-falls of distance running. It's practical advise from real people. They aren't elite athletes, so I feel like they know where the average runner is coming from. And since Angie is a real marathoner and nurse, I feel like her advice is sound. Plus they're fun to listen to and I don't feel like they're constantly trying to sell me a carb product or brand of shoe. I also joined their membership course and it's fantastic. I would highly recommend both the free podcast and the paid membership to anyone who wants to learn how to run a marathon and needs some support and education to get there.Read full review »
