“Jamie does an excellent job of putting out useful and trustworthy information. I have listened to his show from the first weeks of it's inception, but I had to recently unsubscribe. Unfortunately, I suspect money is starting to flow in and it is sadly affecting the show quality. It is becoming more of a commercial than a source for EMS information. I have been having to skip roughly the first half of every show to get to the meat of the topics.
Jamie has opened many doors for many people in EMS and podcasting and I have nothing but the highest respect for him, but the commercial aspect has taken over the show. I'm sorry but I can't listen to one long commercial for go daddy when I want EMS info. Hopefully the podcast gets back to it's roots, but until then, I'll be listening elsewhere.”

“I fell asleep listening to rambling information not pertaining to the topic. Lots of "sponsor" adds. Took 20+ minutes to get to topic. Im done. Would rather run a GI bleed than listen to this.”
