I’ve recently discovered this podcast and have found it so helpful, I listen to the meditations at night to help me fall asleep and also during the day if I can feel myself getting anxious and they really help to make me feel calmer.

This podcast is not good at all, the host seemed faking it and reading off of a script. There’s no emotion or caring.

All of Katie’s meditation channels are great, but for me this one is almost always spot on! I make time to listen to at least one or two meditations in a day. Your voice, music, and descriptions are very calming! But chopping your sentences into 2-3 syllables at a time takes away from the flow and makes it feel choppy. I’d suggest saying whole sentences without breaking it up so much. Thanks for considering!

This podcast has become a daily routine to start my day and sometimes end it. The podcasters voice is really soothing and I enjoy most of the music— a few of the fast paced music makes me anxious but I just skip those.
