What I need to relax when I need it!
I found this podcast at the exact time I was needed a way to reduce stress and overwhelm! Katie's voice and how she guides the meditation really enabled me to release the anxiety and focus on what was infront of me and the more important things in life. This is highly recommended from a person who has not really been able to 'get into' other guided meditations. Download one, listen, and I'm sure you will be hooked! I am currently in the dark with a heating pad wrapped around my head. Listening to your migraine episode helped me calm my thoughts and made me feel more relaxed. Now I’m finding myself scrolling through others to find some to listen to tomorrow. Thanks a bunch!
