Meditation novice
I am a young grad student that is new to the idea of meditation. It was brought it in one of my more recent therapy appointments and I thought to myself "But I'm not one of those people who can clear their mind or picture themselves in a forest." With Chel Hamilton's great guidance, though, I am. She mentioned in one mini that even if you can't visual the scene, you just need to FEEL it. I feel like the techniques I've learned so far are helping me to keep the stress of grad school and working under control.
