Meditation works
I’ve been slowly teaching myself to meditate over the last three years as we’ve been crawling our way out of the pandemic. I’ve never felt so overwhelmed, burnt out, stressed, and depressed in my life. I’m not one who can meditate without guidance. My mind isn’t that strong yet, so this podcast really helps me focus and feel peace. I’m usually struggling with thoughts racing in and out that it takes me a good ten minutes to calm down and accept the suggestion of meditation. But it really works if you let it. Meditation is such a gift.

I have gotten a lot out of this podcast. It would be great if they included a meditation about accepting what you can’t change (radical acceptance) and one for starting your day positively. I’m less interested in the meditations about manifesting various goals outside myself such as wealth, etc....Read full review »

I’m new to meditation and this is an excellent way to start. The shorter sessions really help to relax and reset you but they don’t take a tremendous amount of time. They are short enough that they keep my attention the whole time. So glad I found this!

I’ve had a lot of anxiety and at times i fall into a depressive state. Meditation really helped me along with therapy.
