“I was surprised to hear the sponsors, soda and cereal? Ultra processed foods that have no health benefits don’t seem to match with a meditation app. That threw me off. money has to come from somewhere I guess. But the meditations are good.”

“I’m new to meditation and this is an excellent way to start. The shorter sessions really help to relax and reset you but they don’t take a tremendous amount of time. They are short enough that they keep my attention the whole time. So glad I found this!”
