New to meditation
I’m new to meditation and this is an excellent way to start. The shorter sessions really help to relax and reset you but they don’t take a tremendous amount of time. They are short enough that they keep my attention the whole time. So glad I found this!

It was amazing. It helped me get to sleep a lot better. I’ve had trouble sleeping since I was little. I am getting lots of better sleep now because of this podcast. thank you👍
