“I wouldn’t recommend the breathing exercises to anyone. They are poorly explained, teacher talks too much and instead of giving the exercise a proper pace there are many unnecessary pauses in counting, where you don’t know wether to hold you breath or exhale… One of the worst guided meditations...”Read full review »
