What makes this podcast worth getting
I've listened to a lot of podcasts that relate to meditation and I've purchased tapes and attended guided meditations. This is a very good series; it's not out to make money, the guide's voice and background music are excellent, and the subject matter is very relevant. As with most meditation is hard to explain or define the quality that makes it special, although it's surprising how many people can recognize and agree on what constitutes a good meditation tape. For one thing the quality and meditation approach are consistent throughout all the tapes, so if you liked the first or second podcast you'll probably like all of them. I also found the topics very relevant to my life, which involves a 30 min drive to work (frequently running late), desk work in an office with a closed-door and the ability to generally get away from contact for up to an hour at a time, a long drive home, followed by a busy schedule involving supper, homework and putting child to bed. Good luck!Read full review »

A lovely podcast--the only one I return to again and again. Mary's voice is extremely soothing and the content is always the perfect antidote to the rush and glare of my days.Read full review »
