“this podcast is targeted at members of the medical community, and for that purpose it has achieved its goal of conveying medical information in a clever and insightful fashion. However, nonmedical personnel will most likely not appreciate this podcast fully. However, if you have a medical background in either medicine, pharmacy, nursing, etc., you will enjoy and appreciate the humor presented by the crew at MedPod101.
Cases are structured as presentations rather than lecturers, and this facilitates learning and storage of the information into one's memory. There is much humor injected in the podcast, and the majority of the listeners -- including myself -- seemed to appreciate this. No wonder this podcast continues to grow while the majority of these types of things tend to die off after six months to one year. I listen to the podcast for over a year now, and I hope the makers of the podcast continue to keep up the great work!”Read full review »
