yes, I agree- initially I was turned off by the accents- but if you can get past that, the information presented in these podcasts is highly useful. I have a 30 min walk to school and my time is well spent listening to these podcasts. The info is clearly presented and concise. I actually used the info I learned in the pneumonia podcast to successfully suggest a treatment at my school clinical site today.Read full review »

heart attack part 1 case scenario is highly offensive using rape as premise to storyline and "eastern european" pseudo accent is bordering on racial slur.
