Good medical content; annoying sexual humor
The clear positive feature of these podcasts is the content is a good review of any medical topic discussed: common aspects of problems, diagnoses & treatments are succinctly reviewed. It is almost like an emergency room/primary care physician approach to a topic. The podcasts are good for students in the health care professions, interns, residents and practicing professionals that want to refresh learning the practical basics. The negative is the presenter's altered accented voice providing a humorous case presentation as a patient. It consumes a little more time than it should. This is one of my favorite podcasts and I like it fifty times more now that Dr. Jacob is presenting.
