Thank you Brandon
Hi, just writing a quick line to thank Brandon for the amazing work he's done so far on Melodic Trek, my second favorite podcast on Trek.Fm. Brandon combines his deep knowledge of Trek & passion for film scoring with an "every day man" approach to the subject, which makes the content he creates as interesting as it is accessible to casual and hard core fans alike. The depth of his research and the variety of topics/angles which he explores pairs perfectly with the humble respect he continually pays to the music he shares with his listeners, and the greater life lessons Star Trek has to offer. Thank you Brandon, please don't stop doing what you're doing!! :)

Colin does a wonderful job of making this podcast more than just a love letter to Trek music. His explores the origin of all Trek music, which can be a rabbit hole for all music lovers. This shows that Trek music is not composed in a vacuum (of space). Great job!

Even stuff from bad episodes--I'm looking at you, "The Way To Eden" and "Spock's Brain" sounds very nice when the music...Read full review »
