Love listening
I've been listening to these podcasts for the last couple of weeks--and I think this guy has hit on a really good thing. He's been through some struggles of his own, AND he is a very good listener. Even when he injects what he calls a totally inappropriate joke, you KNOW he cares and is only looking for humor; so part of the joke is choosing the MOST inappropriate thing to joke about. Does that make sense? I think a sense of humor is one of the best things humans can have and without it, we'd be in trouble. I hope he keeps making these, and that the words spreads quickly. Thank you for this podcast. No matter how much therapy I get I always feel alone. Not anymore!! I can laugh at it all because I can relate my mental with these podcast and laugh.

I really enjoy listening to this podcast. The host and guests are very candid and open. They talk openly about their vulnerabilities as well as what they do to stay positive, deal with stress, and sometimes cope with mental health issues. And, it is funny.
