“As a person who has lived with depression, anxiety, and ADHD I would highly recommend this podcast to others who suffer from or are interested in learning about mental illness. Paul Gilmartin does a great job hosting the show in way that is accepting of a wide variety of ideologies and beliefs (medication vs no medication, religious vs spiritual vs atheist, etc). As a comic with life long experience with mental illness, he is able to laugh with his guests and understand many of their experiences. The show is not a therapy podcast but an open discussion about people's experiences. In that way, I think many people can relate to the discussion and appreciate knowing that they are not alone! It's a very interesting and enlightening podcast, which focuses on issues of mental illness in a refreshing and uplifting manner. I highly recommend it!”Read full review »
