I found this podcast when I first started learning about Agile and have followed it since - it’s been a great resource for leadership, Agile and other IT topics. I recommend it to everyone I work with.

I’m not from the IT world, and I recently (and accidentally) discovered Agile as a project-management approach. I am enjoying the perspective of Agile solutions can be to ANY complex problem that benefits from breaking down by a team where all the players have input arriving a the solution. Bob

I’ve recently discovered the Meta-Cast and have been listening to the episodes in reverse chronological order. I’m down to around episode 60 at this point. I find that I am highly aligned with the vast majority of the conversation and find something in every episode that can be applied to my...Read full review »

I like the content but I wished it was better edited and produced. Sometimes it feels like a bar conversation.

It is a natural sounding conversation where Bob or Josh will take the role of a Shu team member and ask the other host the questions we are all thinking. It is then educational to listen to them as they rationalize through their person viewpoints and arrive at consensus on statements

I’ve been listening for over 6-7 months now on and off and being someone that’s been in the industry for over 20 years, I love listening to both of them talk about different topics and actually have a constructive and helpful conversation with some educational lessons to take away from. Thank you...Read full review »

I'm listening to the Is Kanban Right for you? episode right now. At 11:30 the hosts are railing against management. Ugh.Read full review »

Wow, this is a great podcast, my very favorite podcast on all things software development and agile. These guys talk about the process, what they see that works, what they like, how it should be done AND they talk about what doesn’t work, why it’s hard, and everything in between. If you are a...Read full review »

Great source of information in a laid back setting. Audio quality is great. Would enjoy hearing more discussion on the roles of the scrum teams. Why do PO’s micromanage? Why do teams not understand the value of being cross-functional? How can a Scrum Master protect the team when one of the issues...Read full review »

I've listened to all the podcasts out there that focus on Agile, Scrum and building a better workplace, and I firmly believe that Bob and Josh set the bar. (Heck, I produce the Agile Coffee podcast, and I admit they've got ours beat.) They come from different backgrounds, but both have...Read full review »

I've listened to the past episodes and have really enjoyed thinking about the insights that Bob and Josh provide on Scrum and Agile. They clearly both live in the Agile world every day and bring real experience to the discussion. I cannot recommend this podcast enough.Read full review »

My workplace is struggling to adopt scrum. As a programmer, I had trouble sorting out the scraps of scrum they actually practice from the waterfall legacy they still perform. Bob and josh have helped me separate the wheat from the chaff, and make recommendations to the boss. I only wish more back...Read full review »

I have been in mechanical, electronic and software engineering for over 30 years and about 6 months ago I started working as a scrum master with a new team on a new project at a new company in a new role as a tester. I started listening to this podcast in order to get a better understanding of...Read full review »
