I’m glad I found you.
I feel that you offer concrete tools for people in trouble and it would be lovely if you interviewed people who work with addiction problems, for example. They say most homeless people are addicts. Many more are housed, functioning, still suffering. I am amazed at how the counseling folks beat around the bush about exactly the therapies they offer patients. It’s tiring to continue listening to people say the obvious and offer no solutions. For the most part this is all I hear. They recount their own stories and somehow miraculously stop being addicted. I don’t buy it. I do believe your practices can and should be offered to the addiction world. Not just the people addicted though. People are also just simply depressed. JMO.
