Mike’s approach to nutrition and training takes in the whole person...not just a calculator, not a meal plan..but what are my goals, what is my personality (neurotransmitter type) for eating and training, what is my life like (stress or low stress, etc). He’s a learner himself so always incorporating new science into his methods. He stepped out on his own based on his beliefs - and we are so excited !!

Fascinating subject. Determine your individual neurotransmitter profile, then design your fitness journey (both nutrition & exercise) with consideration to those natural strengths & defects. Just starting my journey based on this science, but stoked to see where it goes.
