Great for people with busy brains!
I’ve always wanted to meditate to help calm my anxious brain, but I never got into it on my own. Kelly’s voice is calming and her guided meditations leave me feeling at peace and relaxed. This is a great podcast for those who want to get into meditation and don’t know how to start and also don’t know how to tell their brains to chill out.
