“I’m a law student and one thing that could not be emphasized more is the importance of mental and physical health and self care, to avoid slipping into deep anxiety and depression, which run at an alarming rate among attorneys and law students. I struggle greatly with both and decided to make a change in my life. Having heard about the calming power of meditation, I made this podcast a part of my daily routine. I have been falling asleep and waking up to Mindful in Minutes for about a year now, and these guided meditations have brought so much peace, gratitude and happiness into every day. I end the day in complete relaxation, and I begin the day with positivity and excitement. When I’m overwhelmed or stressed, I listen to an episode and it always helps to ground me again. This podcast has truly helped to better my life, my heart and my mind. I can’t thank Kelly enough for sharing her gift with me. These meditations are of reasonable length for a busy person with severe ADHD, and make it easy to meditate 20-30 minutes a day, when broken into separate sessions.
