Great guided meditations!
These guided meditations are great for anybody who is wanting to be more mindful! I love that they are short because it makes it easier for me to work even a little bit of mindfulness into my day. I have even used this podcast for my high school yoga classes that I teach as a way to introduce the students to meditation. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to incorporate more mindfulness into their life!

There are so many wonderful benefits to having a regular meditation practice and Mindful in Minutes makes it so simple to do just that! Kelly’s voice is sweet and calming, and the music is nice, too!
