Accessible and effective
Kelly’s short and gentle episodes each embody a theme or focus; there are many in her archive to fit a variety of moods or intentions. I just started using guided meditations and this has been my favorite resource. Kelly’s soft and genuine voice, combined with her background in yoga, contribute to the effortlessness of each episode. I find that they are all at the right length, and even the announcements/advertising at the beginning are short enough and don’t distract from the content. I look forward to more episodes...

I love this Podcast. I haven’t found another like it. I start my day everyday before I get ready for work with a guided meditation with Kelly, and it really helps me feel relaxed and ready to take on the day.
