I absolutely love this guided meditation podcast ! I typically use it before bed and it’s not that I have trouble sleeping , I have found it helps me get a very different kind of sleep. Deep and refreshing ! Sometimes I fall asleep to her beautiful voice and wake up to a new episode . I’ve suggested it to my mom, a friend going through breast cancer treatments and most recently to one of my favorite yoga/restorative teachers at my studio. Thanks Kelly ! I’m so glad I found you by listening to a yoga podcast as you were being interviewed and the best part of that interview was when you gave permission to do your meditation practice in whatever way feels best to you ! As I am a lay on my back meditator:)

I found this postcast recently and I really enjoy it. It was always a struggle to commit myself doing meditation but with Kelly is just so easy and enjoyable. I now do it everyday. There are also so many choices which is great.

I learned about Mindful in Minutes through the Love Teaching Yoga podcast and so glad I did! It’s a lovely way to start the morning and have found great benefit from incorporating regular meditation into my daily routine.
