Love this podcast & the amazing woman behind it. Not only does she know a thing or 2 about yoga, but the mindfulness component is key. Learning to rewire, slow down, or focus your brain is SO important, esp w/ the constant distractions we encounter daily. Kelly is personable, hilarious, kind, and incredibly thoughtful + so knowledgeable about health and wellness. Download her little nuggets of wisdom & relish in the mindfulness — your body & mind will thank you! 💕
