100 % recommended for busy minds
I had been wanting to start practicing meditation for a while, as having a super fast-paced job always left me drained and with an extremely active mind. I found this podcast and loved how meditations were short (no more than 15 minutes), yet super powerful in helping me relax, get grounded and notice my thoughts. I now listen to Mindful in Minutes meditations when I wake up and before I go to bed, every day. I find myself to be more grounded and more present throughout the day as a result. Highly recommended for those who want to try meditation but don’t have time for long sessions.

I found this postcast recently and I really enjoy it. It was always a struggle to commit myself doing meditation but with Kelly is just so easy and enjoyable. I now do it everyday. There are also so many choices which is great.
