100 % recommended for busy minds
I had been wanting to start practicing meditation for a while, as having a super fast-paced job always left me drained and with an extremely active mind. I found this podcast and loved how meditations were short (no more than 15 minutes), yet super powerful in helping me relax, get grounded and notice my thoughts. I now listen to Mindful in Minutes meditations when I wake up and before I go to bed, every day. I find myself to be more grounded and more present throughout the day as a result. Highly recommended for those who want to try meditation but don’t have time for long sessions.

Kelly’s voice is so soothing and she helps me reach the perfect point of relaxation before bedtime. She explores so many themes which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen - I’m sure you’ll be hooked.

Kelly is a forklift! Any time I feel like I need a break from life, time for myself, to decompress, grounding, or fall asleep—Mindful In Minutes is right there to save the day (and nights)! This is such a steal. I cannot rave enough about his podcast. Thank you Kelly for these episodes.

This podcast has really helped bring peace and calmness into my life. I appreciate the variety of topics and situations that are the focus of different meditations e.g. for sleep, self-compassion, positive morning etc. Kelly’s voice is calming and pleasant.
