“I know, it sounds super cliche. I’ll admit, I was a sceptic at first but challenges to my faith and following my wife’s lead I started mindfulness practice with Thomas. After just a few days of practice I started to have and remember early morning dreams. It’s has been several years and even decades since I can recall a meaningful dream.
