I was so excited when I saw this podcast. I believe that nature sounds are super therapeutic but when it’s from the place we’ve been and what we’re familiar, I can’t imagine how much healing will happen in our hearts. Sounds of home, land and country. The connection ❤️

Relaxing!
I didn’t make it through the whole meditation before I drifted off to sleep. It was so calming and relaxing.
