This is an interesting story, and the hosts at times find a way to deliver it successfully. There are times, however, as has been noted by other reviewers, that the speculation weighs it down. There is also a tendency to feign, or perhaps genuinly express, bewilderment about things that are easy to understand. An example from the latest episode: Neither host can "imagine" why Fred Murray wouldn't seek out the help of James Renner. Really though? Surely you can understand why Fred wouldn't want the help of someone who has not only called his daughter a "sociopath," but who also has accused Fred himself in assisting his daughter to disappear.
