“This podcast expands upon the genre of true crime. It should be required listening for all North Americans. The tragic story is researched and told with sensitivity and the narrator weaves in the overarching similarities with those of many MMIW stories, tying in the broader historical, social and political implications of the MMIW crisis. To those who have commented on the serious tone of the narrator, I don't think it would be appropriate, given the subject matter, for her to adopt a conversational tone. This story and the broader context will stick with me forever.”Read full review »
“Thanks so much for podcasts like this. I had no idea about the horrible things that happened in residential schools. Hope that there will be justice for Alberta Williams! Great job Connie Walker!”
“There has been 5 episodes of this podcast and I binged listened in one day . It's really interesting and sad . The reporter really goes out on a limb to interview people . Looking forward to the next 3 . Only sore point is a bit too much repeating”Read full review »
