Off to a good start
I like the concept..first the facts, then family interviews. But you have GOT to tighten up the questions to the family. Comes across as unplanned and disorganized, although your compassion is evident. It's a better service to the family to be clear and confident about what you're asking. Tighten the editing of family questions as well. There is too much dead air. The content is good but the voice of the male presenter, Mike, is unbearable - he slurs words and has an awful nasal, thick-tongued sound to his speech.
