Informative
This podcast is interesting and informative and I’ve been enjoying it. But I have a couple of quibbles. First, it’s a bro-fest. The occasional female voice is drowned out by the relentless mansplaining experts. Though to be fair even some of the men get mansplained to by Nathan Myrvold. Second, bread, grain, baking exists outside the USA and little artisanal shops in Paris. How about looking at bread culture in other places?
