Sometimes life is a fun trip or photoshoot with friends. Easy going and lots to enjoy. Other times, it takes everything inside of you not to just collapse. Something you may not know about me is that I've been alcohol-free for the past three months. It hasn't been easy. Basically, I started paying attention to my body and how I felt the days after I drank -- anxious, sad and just no energy. I've taken breaks before but I would always come back to drinking. So to better understand my relationship with alcohol, I brought on one of the smartest people I know onto the pod, Dr. Jessica Leon.
Some of the things we get into here:
A judgment-free...
